So I changed my mind.....Belvidere would be too stressful; too far towards the edge of my comfort realm. Decision confirmed after talking to the ROE. I just would not want to provide a disservice to the students and make the principal look bad- even though I believe the placement was due to desperation.
Called Hononegah- just in case. Spanish position went to an internal candidate. Part-time available, but not enough.
Drove over to Freeport- spoke to Mr. Swords. Took position.
I believe it will be a better fit.
May not be perfect, but it will work; at least I will work.
Paperwork started, contract signed. Board approval on the 1st.
